No green grass
No blue sky
No bare feet going by
No birds
No bees
No leaves on trees

Thereās a ānoā in November,
Perhaps you didnāt notice.
Thereās a āyesā in yesterday,
Yes sounds so much better.

We are thankful,
In our work and play.
We are thankful,

November is here
Tis that time of year;
After harvest is doneā
Thanksgiving will come.

The turkey is a funny bird.
His head goes bobble, bobble,
And all he says is just one wordā
Gobble, gobble
gobble!

Sing your way home at the end of the day.
Sing your way home, drive the shadows away.
Smile every mile, for wherever you roam.
It will brighten your road.
It will lighten your load,
If you sing your way home.

The month is now November.
The air is turning cold.
The leaves are changing colorsā
From green to red and gold.
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā N.E.
Day is done,
Gone the sunā
From the earth,
From the hills,
From the sky.
All is well,
Safely rest.
God is nigh.

When the pilgrims landed
So many years ago,
The Indians helped

By planting cornāyou know.
